Our UK-based customer service team is on standby to provide you any necessary support when it comes to our services. Our dedicated team aim to respond to your query within 24 hours. 

We also offer 1-2-1 demo and set up support calls over Zoom. Contact us via email or by phone in order to arrange such a meeting.

Dedicated Account Manager

Our Account Managers are your go-to for support and advice – they are there for our clients around the clock.

They action complaints and feedback, manage user accounts, aid in admin issues, such as account lockouts, and can additionally provide any training requested by our clients.

We want to ensure you have full understanding of our processes and systems, allowing you to have control and transparency whenever you want it.

Staff Training

If you require training, our team is dedicated to aiding in whatever way we can.

Our software is intuitive and user friendly. A client portal is provided for each client upon initial commencement, with full initial and refresher training provided.

We are also able to offer Zoom calls, webinars, and additional support when and where you need it.
